TOS - Terms Of Service

0- EXTRAS - CLARIFICATIONS:
*Backgrounds can be delivered without the character, and more than one background can be purchased per character.
More backgrounds can be purchased after the initial commission ended, at twice the value specified here.
**Wielded weapons, the chair they sit, etc., count as part of the single character.
*** Turnaround times can and will increase upon those changes.
**** Non-exposure Time, being it monthly, or "as long as I, the artist, have the commercial rights", is a buyable period of time in wich I will not expose, show or in any way make the artwork be seen.1- PAYMENT METHOD:
I only accept USD via Paypal Invoice as a payment method, 50% in advance when accepting a commission and the remaining 50% upon completion.
Do not send any payment if not requested.
I have the right to refuse any commission before the first payment.
As explained before, I request a Paypal Invoice upon defining the characteristics of the commission, and you accepted them, so there will be no refunds.2- COPYRIGHT OF THE IMAGES:
2a- For Personal use: I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork, and they can and will be used for portfolio promotion and the like.
The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.
Nevertheless, a "non exposure time" can be purchased if the commissioneer deemed it necessary, option that will only serve to not show the artwork in any social media/print/etc for the time pactated.2b- For Commercial use: A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork3- CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION:

My time zone is UTC-3, and life aside, I could answer DMs from 08:00 to 20:00 unless a special period of time is pactated.4- WORK FLOW:
I believe that a good communication is key and that means that I will ask the client for as many references as he deems necessary to design and produce an artwork that meets his needs, these references can be images, videos and/or written descriptions.
As making art coexist with teaching work, the updates of the work in progress or WIP will be sent to the client at the end of every step, or after every day in wich the piece is updated, if the client so requires. These WIP images will always carry a watermark and will be in low resolution, without exceptions.Any change in the design must be requested during the "Rough Sketch" stage, any change in illumination or textures must be requested on the "Textures and Lights" stage, and colors and effects changes must be requested on the "Color Render" stage. Once a stage is approved by the client, additional changes will cost extra.
The complexity of the background (or lack thereof) must be discussed and specified before the sketch stage and changes to the background will be made under the same rules as changes to the figure(s).5- SIGNATURE:
My signature will be blended on the design as best as possible, and must remain intact, unaltered and readable.
It could appear in the form of a stamp, a brand mark, a tittle or some text, or even blended in objects who happen to be in series of four (as per the letters for "befh").6- CONDITIONS FOR REPOSTING:
6a- The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a mention/tag if possible or a link to any of my social media or Furaffinity page).
6b- I, the artist, have the right to share the artwork on my social networks and portfolio (unless "non exposure option" is purchased), and I will ask for the client's permission only in the following cases:
- If the commission involves the portrait of a real physical person or any means to identfy them.
- If the commission have any signal that could identify a non-public place (such as the front of a real house).In any situation in which I share the artwork made, the client has the right to be tagged if they wish.
